Electrical diagnosis and repairs

When a vehicle has an electrical fault, it is not always straightforward and easy to diagnose. Having access to the correct diagnostic systems and being able to use them proficiently makes the job easier, but they do not necessarily provide the answer or identify the faulty item. Instead, they guide you to test suspect components and make your own determination. At Autosolutions AE, we have subscriptions to the original manufacturer equipment and full access to virtually every major manufacturer diagnostic system available. This enables us to carry out repairs on almost all makes and models of electric, hybrid, and petrol/diesel vehicles. Repairs and diagnosis can take a variable amount of time, depending on the fault, the vehicle, and its system. We can also make repairs to original manufacturer standards on wiring harnesses and install any retrofitted options offered by main dealers.

Video logs are available on request to explain results of diagnosis, demonstrate faults and show repairs as necessary.

Free electrical system inspection

Every job we carry out includes a free vehicle electrical system inspection using identical manufacturer systems. We provide a full vehicle scan health check, along with a printout detailing tyre tread, brake pad thickness, and brake fluid condition.

 

All customers have access to our free Wi-Fi, plug sockets/phone chargers, electric vehicle charge point and refreshments.
